The web has the files prepared at ftp://ftp.itacyl.es/cartodroid/topograficos/mapasIGN/4326/2018/. Download the chosen file to your mobile, then press the + button from the table of contents and then select Add Raster Layer> Itacyl Repository Layer. In the drop-down choose the second option National Topographic Map and accept. Then restart the Cartodruid application.
